During my recent visit to Rotorua, I had the opportunity to experience a blend of traditional and modern elements at a hotel in a vibrant neighborhood with good shopping options. The laundry facilities provided were convenient for keeping my belongings fresh throughout my stay, and the tour/ticket assistance was a helpful touch.While the staff were friendly and accommodating, I encountered a slight issue with the fold-out couch in the room. Despite being informed about potential discomfort by the receptionist, the decision to charge extra for its use seemed unnecessary, especially since it was quite uncomfortable due to protruding springs.Although the neighborhood offered a variety of shops and amenities, the inconvenience of the fold-out bed did detract from an otherwise pleasant stay. Despite this drawback, the hotel's commitment to offering laundry facilities and assisting with tour arrangements added a practical touch to the overall experience.
